Behavior/Rules/Reflection Sheets

Reflection Sheets are used to teach accountability. They are merely used to communicate situations or minor disturbances that may be interfering with your child's learning or the learning of others. If one comes home, please reinforce the expectations. It is your child's responsibility to return the signed sheet the next day.

Please Note: Reflection Sheets are not formal referrals. When a behavior warrants a referral, you will receive documentation from the school.
